Vendor Registration

Annual dues are $50.00 per vendor. Annual dues may be paid online, in person at monthly chapter meetings, or mailed to:

Payment must be accompanied by this registration form. Dues are considered delinquent if not paid by January 1, 2024.

For Online Transactions

All online transactions will have a $1.00 fee. The total cost of membership with the fee is $51.00.
